Should be blueconfusion, I sent him $200 I think for a 250mw greenie and he writes back that it needs work and the beam is 15inches across at 10 feet. I got my money back and there never was a laser that was even close to working for me. He used deception to get my money. Its my feeling that this well meaning lad is using this site for a payday loan service. A little BS and little song and dance and you eventually get your money back. He needs to be cut off if he cant perform 99% like all the rest of our responsible members.

This is such horrible practice... Blue should have never even accepted the money without full disclosure to you. I've pretty much been on the side of "kids mess up and learn from it, blue will get back on his feet soon" the whole time... but stuff like this is just plain ridiculous.

I still don't know what could be delaying this any further, I mean he has the laser, all he has to do is ship it out.
Hint of advice: If you start a paypal dispute, do not close it until you have the laser in your hands or until you get the money back in your account.laserterd said:

I had the same issue with BlueFusion earlier this year. I was lucky enough to get my money back because I filed a dispute with PayPal. It took almost 2 months. Six weeks of his crap then 2 with PayPal. If I knew he was a kid, I would never have even dealt with him. Why doesn't BlueFusion's bad practices get him banned from this forum. Then no one else would have to suffer. Obviously this isn't a fluke because it has happened more than once and he keeps taking peoples money when he knows he can't deliver.

I don't see why this is even an issue. He has the laser and all he needs to do is ship it. Shipping things isn't THAT hard. It takes 30 minutes to go to the PO and $30 to ship it worldwide. If he can't afford $30 then what is he doing with a bunch of extremely expensive lasers in the first place? Why doesn't he get a job? If he's too young to get a job then he needs to man up and ask his folks for the money or get a loan from a friend. Also the fusion drive mess was entirely his fault. He originally planned on soldering and assembling hundreds of drives and then he didn't have time to do any of it.
I don't think he should be banned, but this forum needs some kind of scammer tag system where he could be tagged as untrustworthy so people wouldn't keep buying things from him.

But, unfortinatly, banning someone won't change that, as he could just start all over under some other profile.

Having to warn people about someone out to scam others is a reason worth banning someone if you ask me. It is worst then Wes14 stupid -reps. Well he hasn't actually outright scammed anyone yet and most of the people have either received their laser or a refund. It's just that it shouldn't take 6 weeks of paypal disputes and bs for someone to get their item.
