Hey guys I tried searching but it kept taking me to the 405nm section.

I was wondering if anyone has the specs on the red diode from a SF-AW210 sled (votage, max current, and power) if possible.

Thanks a bunch guys.

I think it is the common LOC we use out here. Maybe not..
don't exceed 250mA (400mA as chipdouglas said) and it is good. some research on forums is good sometimes :D

edit: voltage 2.2v~3v

Yeah the Short Open Can (SOC) we normally run 300-350mA

If you put it side by side with a Long Open Can (LOC) you'll notice the die on the diode is shorter than the LOC.

Whats the pinout for these guys? Same as the 405?

The Pin Out for the Red is the Same as a LPC-815.

The pin out for the 405nm 6x diode is the same pin out as a 445nm diode.

Hope that helps.:)
