Recieved my Spartan 1W 447nm

Hi all...

Today i got a package from china with a lovely Spartan 1W laser inside it.

Frustrating thing is that my battery's arrive tomorrow :drool:

I got an LPM meter, and the laserbee 2 delux is in order.

Will let u know how things go..


Bad thing is that i have to return my Hulk ultra 400 (dead)

I pressed the button for 1 sec, and i turned it off again couse it scared me.
Now' i'm afraid of using it haha.
Such small device can give so much power...
I like this laser allready just by the looks of it.
The design of this laser is ''Very Nice'' ''sleek'', and like i said scary when switched on.
You don't expect such bright beam from such small device.
But once's placed in your hand's you know it's allright and can handle the power.
This becouse it's housing is of pritty thick aluminium. (sturdy)




My Hulk Ultra 400mw from dragon lasers is nothing compered to this laser.
*(But that's just couse it broke and i have to send it back)*

Nice review you got there of the spartan 1w laser.

p.s. just about to order some tenergy batteries

Tested the laser on a custom build (by some other) LPM..
That can measure up to 5W with ophir sensor.

It readed 1100 +-

Green beam is not the Hulk ultra 400...

It's a ( normal (lpm readed 75 mw max.. dips down to 50 fast) green laser. No ir filter. Powered by a single 18650. (call it cheap and my first laser)

You have got a good one ... mine has < 1000 (i think because it is not centered)



Btw: Is your beam centered and does it come out straight ??

Yes it comes out straight. You can tell from the blue glow on the tail cap.
