Update: So, Ray PM'd me yesterday in response to my PM I sent him a few days earlier. In my PM I told Ray if he doesn't give me my refund I'll be contacting his local authorities and file a IC3 Complaint. It seems he doesn't care since he said he would give me the number to the police station because he has friends in high places.

So, instead of being polite he tries to scare me off because he has friends in high places? A bit childish if you ask me.

You need to come to the dark side, we have high friends in low places and we don't like scammers.

In my opinion Ray doesn't have any intentions of refunding us. His behavior shows it.

If anyone still needs to be refunded let me know so I can gather more information for my complaint.
 
The more people you can get to file a claim against him the more leverage you will have in the courts.

Gideon you should have EMAILED ME like I requested you do on Nov 1. Why do you wait to email me until AFTER creating a public forum and email me simply to link me to the thread. IF you had emailed me, your refund would be processed by now and you wouldn't have to have made a thread. Stok, same goes for you. EMAIL ME (rayjneal@netscape.net) and I will work on processing your refund as well.

HAK, you need to realize there are two sides to each story. Difference is I have more pride than to be a bitch and bring my issues public. If you were asked to EMAIL ME your trans ID, simply do so.

first off, you should know who you owe a refund to.
Second, calling someone a "bitch" shows how immature you are.
As far as bring it public, it should of been. Bringing things public keeps everyone in check. If everyone kept their business private, nothing would stop a scammer from stringing along person after person. I'm not calling you a scammer, but we have the disputes section for a very real reason.
You're dealing with real people and real money that they have worked very hard to earn to purchase these things from you. I am well known for my habit of jumping the gun and sending refunds as soon as anybody even so much as hints they are unsatisfied.
This is why there has never been a public post by an unsatisfied customer about me since i joined 3 years ago.
This is also why i do not venture into business deals that i could not financially cover from my regular job. This enures that if something does go awry, all the customers are safe.
 
Yes.

When people want everything done in private or by email, that just usually means they dont want thier dirty washing aired in public.

It's just as easy to click on the link to this thread as it is to logon to your email.
 
Ray, you PM'd me on Oct 21, not Nov 1. Nov 1 was you last log in to the forums previous. I gave you my transaction # and refund amount that very same day.

I have e mailed you twice already, one a few days ago and just now.

I wonder, don't you have your email nofications turned on?

Well the large font proves it was all the fault of others.

in ray's defence he HAS been posting about wanting emails over PMs for many months
in yellow and large font.
And having failed at starting up my own biz I can say it can be very overwhelming.
I can say sincerely that I hope this has an eventual happy ending,

It will have a happy ending. Gideons refund would have already been made had I not gotten internal service error when clicking payments received tab in PayPal. I will try to process again tomorrow after I am done with a meeting with the bankers.

Hak, sorry your business failed. My soon-to-be marriage is on the brinks of failing right now due to the financial stress of getting this damn business to become self sufficient. It is generating plenty of revenue, but yet personal account money continues to go out toward it. All in time, I suppose. The only thing that pisses me off is people thinking I am out to scam someone. I admit being put in the forums shoes it looks skeptical, and I know not much faith is left in humanity. Only I know my true intentions. My fiance, and my personal finance are number one. I understand things have not been properly handled on my end, for that I apologize. In due time all will be made right. Hopefully sooner than later. Before anyone gets excited and says I've ran off again, be forewarned it may be weeks before you hear from me again. If you need to get ahold of me, just read the size seven text below. Goodnight.

I think that we all have some struggle in life, as they say life isn't easy, especially in the times we live in right now. We just have to keep pushing forward and hope the outcome will be ok. So, that said I hope things will change for the better in your situation. I am a very understanding person, but over the months that this transaction took place and many ignored PMs, my patience has worn thin. It shouldn't have taken this long to refund a transaction since it just takes a few clicks on the mouse and keyboard.
