Problems with LPF loading

The Forum seems to be loading in an acceptable time.

Is there any way to deny the site to Guests only until this
kiddy Cyber Terrorist is dealt with....:thinking:

Just allow members in and block the rest for a while..
Maybe I'm just talking out of my butt... I'm no Internet

unfortunely there isn't a way to filter based on users who's HTTP request cookie show they are logged in

but i am researching other methods to reduce the occassional false positives when posting or sending PM
 
reloading the page when i summit something and it times out works fine for me :whistle:

when u guys get blocked , what exactly does the block page say?

if it's a blocked by firehost page, please send me the exact details of the error, word for word, so i can work with firehost to make adjustments to the anti-DDoS rules

more details the better on exactly what u were doing (the exact text u were gonna post even), exact error, etc. etc.

Well, even if that was possible, not everyone uses cookies to stay logged in. For example I need to log in from different computers all the time. But it would be better that nothing. I just wish there was a way to limit the number of pings /s or /min and not give access to them..
 
Seems to be a whole lot better now. Load times are a tad slow, but everything is working fine.

Yep, last few posts went through no problem (didn't have to hit back and resend).
 
For some reason it keeps logging me off when I do a search. It also is doing the lag once in a while.
 
Does this mean that LPF has come to its end? o________________________________________________________________________________________O :cryyy:

I am travelling & haven't been able to see/use LPF on my android for days... (tiny display, no txt wrap, infinite horizontal scrolling) but today everything seems back to normal & working correctly. Thank you for resolving what you did!!!! :beer:
 
Seems to be working just fine now. Load times are a tad slow, but I'm at work so that could also be on my end:p

Don't know what you did Ave.... but my total page down load
time this morning has dropped from ~22 seconds to ~4 seconds...

I did see that the Adds at the bottom of the page have been moved
around...

glad it's doing better. my host and i will keep monitoring for any unusual trends / etc
