Gonna be a good long while before I'm able to do this, but I was thinking of setting up three 27" monitors vertically, or two 30" Ultrasharps. The IPS probably won't happen, idk how I can justify spending 2.5k on monitors.

It's obvious that none of these pictures, or most of the postings, come from those with children. If I could find my camera, and providing it still works after the 2 year old has `returned' it, I don't think you need to see the Lego's, a teddy bear, some bills to be paid with (what the @#...who let him in here with felt pens ?!!?) writing on them, dozens of pieces of note papers, renwal notices, assorted peripheral devices, cables, pens, old CDs/DVDs, rulers, stress squeezers, and that's just the 4 feet in front of me. The rest of the U shaped desk is so covered in the clutter of the last few months I'm not sure there is even a top under there anymore.
As far as work space goes... the whole 1800+ square feet is a work in progress. Even if I start on something and try to keep it in one place my son waits until I'm at work and his mother isn't looking and he promptly investigates the changes and then relocates it, just to keep Dad on his toes and to make every night a voyage of discovery. (I `discovered' my needle nose pliers in the couch last night. And it didn't even bleed afterwards !)

My room is 11.5 m^2. In one corner is my bed, underneath it is a lot of electronics, optics and lasers (I have around 2 m^3 of storage under my bed).

This photo is the other side of my room. The reason that you don't see many lasers is because I keep them away because of the dust.

OK, dont laugh, this is in a 10'X10' room with my 9'X5' king size oak bed in it. There was only room to sit. I moved from a 2100sqf house to a 800sqf (maybe) beach house. The place was packed literally. There was only a 2' pathway through the house to walk. Two people could not walk around at the same time, and I had 2 cats, and a turtle.

That's not my room haha :D

Where'd you figure I got the 46" monitor and around $2.5 million on weaponry?

It was a picture sent by a friend, thought it'd be fun to post. Picture is most likely photoshopped anyhow, some weapons look out of place or out of proportions (especially the minigun in middle right).

But still looks fun :)

@Eudaimonium

I didn't want to just come out and call you a liar, but yeah... that pic seemed off, so I pointed out the most obvious inconsistency.

Nice little bunker setup though. Personally if I had that much hardware I'd store it better... there are some awfully nice guns:)
