My girlfriend totally loves it when I sting her with lasers.

I'd take a picture of my left eye, but you wouldn't notice the damage. Trust me, that's my worst accidental burn by far.

This is a cardboard box I accidentally set on fire with my 1W laser:

I was trying to burn a hole through the cardboard, and when I switched the laser off, I saw little pieces of burnt cardboard glowing like embers. After a couple of seconds, there was actually a small flame burning silently, that I hit with a shoe to put out. Then, for good measure, I put the box under the shower.

I don't have pics, but..

The other day I was doing little things like lighting matching, engraving our picnic table, etc. with my 1W+ blue laser.

I decided, "This can't hurt my hand THAT bad, can it?"

It really hurt my hand.
Bad.
Really bad.
