Portable CO2 Laser with HeNe aiming!!

I only see one laser tube in there. I also do not see any beam combining optic
 





LOL ..... first to read the whole post, just looking at the first pic, the first idea that jumped me in mind was "what the hell is that bottle on the back ? ..... the alcoholic reserve for the laser owner?" ..... ROTFL :p :eg:
 
WOW -- I didn't look that close either. That's a water cooled laser with side pump.
Mine is an air cooled, RF excited CO2 system.

water as the laser is water cooled
 
^ Yes, i imagined it reading about CO2 lasers, but at the first sight, without read the post ..... :D

If it does have a HeNe, it doesn't need a combining optic, it just gives a general idea where the laser is going to go. I would image it'd be pretty accurate, since the output from a CO2 tube without optics isn't gonna be small :p

The title says " Portable CO2 lsaer with HeNe aiming " But there is no HeNe :p Just a small red module, probably 5mW. True that no combining optic is needed, would be pointless anyway, im sure the ball of fire where the dot is would be enough!
 
Oh I see the module now. Yep, those are <5mW alright. Strangely enough, I've got three of those I use in my aiming.
