So every time I've tried using photobucket lately, it takes hours just to upload and edit 12 or less pictures. Is there a better way? This is just the most aggravating thing ever.

I sometimes encounter problems with Photobucket as well, it's a bit temperamental for me. What's your upload speed? Are you sure it's just not your internet being slow? Is there a better way to what?

It's the only site I have problems with. I've had it on multiple systems. I was asking about a better way to upload pictures.

Hmm okay, it could just be Photobucket messing up or it could be your end. Try clearing your history and cookies/cache. Well you can upload pictures using other sites such as Mediafire, you just copy the IMG link but there's only one way to upload to Photobucket.

I've had good luck with imageshack, I tried several other places but none worked as well.

I've noticed the same thing lately, when uploading multiple pictures, it takes forever.
Many times, after about halfway through an upload, it simply quits.
Photobucket has never been fast, but it's gotten much slower recently.

someone turned me onto "photobucket" several years ago. They explained that sites that host pictures and serve them out like that? There's a tendency for a lot of peopel to slowly go to the "good site" (read: faster) then that site slows down, meaning another similar service is now "faster".

really if you do a simple google on "image server free" theres a bunch of them. Simply pick one out thats a little further down the list? Probably less peopel using it.

your just having crappy luck. ive uploaded and edited many photos on photobucket over the past two days. last ones i uploaded were at 3pm EST. maybe they are just jealous of your 520 :na:

Last time I looked, I have >1200 pictures stored on Photobucket
I have no problems with the upload speed (and I have a crap connection here)
Seems like a "local" problem
Maybe one of the other services will avoid whatever is setting up the restricted flow for you

Peace,
dave
