Just came across these OPSL modules:

Osram PL530 Optically Pumped Semiconductor Laser (OPSL) 75mW 532nm Green SLM | eBay

One of the pictures shows the insides but you will receive a new, sealed unit. These were made for use in a small laser based video projector. Part Number: PL530. The spec sheet lists a minimum output power of 46mW.
