*Ordered* Rigel HV Pro - 589 nm

Re: orderering Rigel HV Pro - 589 nm

CNI (maybe) has sent to them Underspect and non-TEM00 Rigels.

Buy it direct for CNI Factory (Cheaper)

It called PGL-III-A 589nm 50mW

Gone send them a e-mail to see if they reply.

Cheers,

Re: orderering Rigel HV Pro - 589 nm

Ask them :)

They accept Westen Union, Wire Tranfer, bank transfer etc.

Shipping will be ~90€.

Re: orderering Rigel HV Pro - 589 nm

Ordering from CNI can get you a decent discount, however when you factor in time for the wire transfer to complete, production time, shipping costs, and shipping time, it may be about the same to order from a distributor like LaserGlow, where you can at least be sure they will ensure the quality of the item you receive.
I have ordered direct from CNI twice and I trust their QC, however DPSS lasers can be very temperamental and on one occasion a 473nm laser I ordered had to be sent back and replaced. The entire RMA process cost me an extra $175 in shipping cost plus a ~1 month wait after a few months waiting to receive the original item.
All in all, it was a good experience, especially considering the >175mW 473nm I ended up with, but I just figured you should know.

Here is the CNI 5mW 589nm pointer I ordered from CNI directly. Average output is 10-13mW. Peak 16mW. The color is beautiful!

In some cases it´s a question of preferences. F.e. some friends of mine are smoking since they´re 16. I never bought (except one time accidentally) cigarettes. With the money these other smoking people are investing in cigarettes over the years, I´m buying lasers f.e.

Smeer, I´m looking forward to your first impressions! Also if my former PGL-A will stay they strongest 589nm laser in this host :D

@DJNY
I agree with you, but smokers give ~5.000$ in 2-3 years
and he bought a 5000$ laser in a day.
Thats what i meant. His lasers cost more than 10.000$.

Jim

The funny thing is i took the slowest possible shipping they have, yet it seems to go faster then my Hercules went :shhh:

Cheers Sm...

The waiting is killing me!
