it barely makes a difference. when i took the laser out of the package i assumed there was a battery in it because of the weight, so i clicked the button, but it didnt turn on. i opened it to find there was no battery, so i put one it, still felt the same weight.clwatkins10 said:ahh, i was about to say "where the laser go?" but then i read the no lasers yet part, sleep is good for accurate reading
what is the weight of this comparable to with and without the battery :-?
yeah my boss bought my modified DX true 30 from me for 60 euro I told him to just order one but he didn't want to wait I also warned him that I had no idea how long it would last running at 4.5 volts but he still bought it off me. Been a couple of weeks and its still going strong. Yesterday he told me he will mount it on his hunting rifle, I think we will say goodbye to his new toy after the first shot.Razako said:Does anyone else actually make money reselling dx lasers? I recently sold a new dx30 to someone for $50 lol.
haha YES ;D ;D ;Dcbrian4 said:Got mine today and i love it.
They should say 30mw. You shouldn't worry too much about the sticker because it was probably just a labeling mistake. I think some guy on this forum tested one and it peaked at around 40mw.NeverBetter said:I received mine today and have no CR123 batteries handy, so I used a cr2 (Dollarama in canada has them for $1) and some tinfoil as a spacer.
The sticker that shipped with mine says the output is <20mw. I was wondering what the sticker your laser came with said? I assume that the output is the same (30mw) and the sticker is wrong. Has anyone tested this lasers output?
