I hope your's is good. aparently after the nice bright ones were shipped out there were some bad ones people were having problems with.

Mine starts on 35mW and in 5 seconds drops to 20-25mW. It cant burn black stuff

the dot is too big, but even when focused it's smallest it still cant burn, the most i managed to get was barely sting my skin when i sharpied it, but that was when i held it there for 15 seconds lol.
