nice! i like the sound of that! what voltage of battery are you using?mikeeey said:[quote author=WarezWally link=1203313143/15#20 date=1204169060]Just received mine, much better than the DX30 in my opinion. Nice built quality and it works with CR123a
hey ive got the same case, my lasers always break tho. im waiting for them to send my replacement 90mW, but im having trouble with their customer support service. it took me till yesterday to relize that for a week my response didnt go thru, so i had to make another response last night. just another week of waiting wasted. i just wish they stuck with the tickets, it was so much easier.cbrian4 said:I want mine to arrive so bad! im not sure, i remember when i ordered my first DX True 50mW laser it seemed like it took forever, but it was my first ever laser so of corse the wait is gonna be long. then my ultrafire 90mW probably took a good 2 months! cuz it was out of stock.cbrian4 said:Does it seem like dx has started shipping items much faster than they used to? I remembered when i ordered the true 50 that it took 9 days to get it to Hongkong post office, and then another 6 days for it to leave Hongkong, followed by an additional twelve days to arrive. When i ordered the charger, laser, and batteries, my order was partial shipped with the charger and batteries making it to the post office within a day, and then being shipped from china today. My laser however didn't make it to the post office until today, and should leave china in a few days. Anyone else noticed that they seem to be picking up the pace? WarezWally, you got yours in 6 days!
I got both of mine yesterday. Both are brighter than my dx true 30 and because they use lithium 123a batteries they are a lot more stable and don't have any dimming problems. They are also a lot smaller and lighter than the dx true 30. For the price of $30 you can buy the batteries/charger and laser. I didn't actually need to buy the charger because they charge in my dsd charger that also charges 18650s for my rpl. The only problem was that one of them had dust in the switch causing it to flicker. A bit of compressed air fixed that problem easily.mikeeey said:i got my laser! its great! i love it! ill make a review on DX right now.
so far i cant see any flaws, its great!
Aside from some dust messing the connection up I don't have any complaints about the buttons. I think they have a better feel than the newwish buttons.mikeeey said:whats your oppinion on the button? i actually find it more useful than the button the newwish lasers had (DX True lasers). the reason is you dont need to worry about the button getting a bad connection or a wobbly button, which is what i always hated about lasers with buttons. i still prefer the clicky switch, but this is FAR BETTER than the True lasers, in every way possible.
nah one of mine had a bit of dust inside when I got it for some reason. For $20 a piece I'm not going to complain about it though.mikeeey said:Dust messes the connection up? does it get inside when you put the battery in and just sit there under the button?
Did it dim the beam or how exactly did it mess up the connection?
Where and when are you posting these?mikeeey said:unfortunatly it doesnt burn, but its great for show. its easy to carry around too.
ive taken some pics, im gonna take a video, then wait till night, take some more pics and videos, and try to put it on youtube if it turns out well
