What I don't quite get is why this fellow would want to utilize a relatively expensive, energy-intensive and very difficult to direct and control, high-power (necessary for shielded products without a direct electrical connection) EMP generator to knock out a laptop?
Why not use the relatively easy to control, inexpensive, highly-specific, highly-effective, highly directional, kinetic energy powered device known as the hammer? Being a new guy, I must have missed something.
