Anyone else live in the area? Anyone in the area who also might have a LPM? I'd like to test my stuff...

I was gonna go to a laser show with dark_horse before but I didn't know what I was doing that day so I could not commit, nor did I have the admission fee

Me either. I shoot my 405 at the fireworks smoke something and I can see the whole beach looking for where it came from.

we just had a fireworks festival here in mi and my 445nm lit up the night sky, but i didnt see any others...
not even a green, i know pilots that have never heard of a green laser hitting the plane in mi.

Apparently a while ago there was a concert here (very small town in the mountains) and some guy had, from what it sounds like, a 100mW+ laser. Too bad I wasn't there .

Charliebruce is a Londoner too I think. Icestorm is in Northampton about 30miles from me, and, depending on where I'm living, a new member Hobnobrobbob is only a few miles. In fact I can probably see my ex-Argon from my house if he broke with tradition and shone it into public airspace.
