Yeah. It's always less than 2mW, but sometimes it's significantly less. Yellows/golds/oranges (593.5nm) just aren't very stable.

One question, in those pics it seems that almost every single laser isn't in TEM00? They all look like the have mode issues or is it just me and my eyes having mode issues? :-?

It looks more like the exposure was too long to be able to keep the camera steady than mode issues. :

Yeah, the lasers are fine. It is my old hands and trying to hurry to keep the duty cycle down. You may have noticed, I know less about photography than I do about lasers.

Wouldn't it be strange if all five of the lasers would be modhopping AND that they were all modhopping in the same direction AND that I took the time to line them up so nicely?

There's no point in trying to keep the camera still with exposures over 1 second, unless you have a really really steady hand.You just need a stand.

My "rainbow" is a bit boring and incomplete since it's made up of only red and green for now.I'm eventually gonna add a blu-ray and IR(that won't do much for the rainbow shots, but will burn like a torch ) but I don't know if I'm ever gonna have dpss blue and dpss yellow.
