Sorry guys, I just haven't had the time do any orders. I haven't sent any invoice because I can't get home to fill the orders...
the IRS wants a 100 different things from us on top of the blood of my first born by the 18th to hopefully strike a deal with them for the ambulance district. As well as restructuring our policies and procedures and rewriting the board of director bylaws, getting a new book keeping, billing, and payroll company set up, and getting the past director charged with fraud and felony theft (Busted!)
Things has been extremely hectic and revenue has stopped coming while we transition to the new billing company leaving us $160 in the district bank account when payroll was due yesterday. So no employees were paid. I actually didn't get paid for last pay period, so I am owed a month's payroll so far.
Things are looking up though. We just billed for 60+ calls with our new billing company at our new ambulance rates (They hadn't changed the price in over a decade) so we should get a nice chunk of change coming in about 2 weeks. I also discovered 61+ invoices that a hospital guaranteed at least a $300 payment on but our billing company never charges them for, so They should be handing over a little over $10,000 next week. Once we get through this months we should have relatively smooth sailing until the end of the year when we receive our Tax money from the counties we cover....
This coming week I've only got 1 day off between working here as the assistant director and working in the ER at a nearby hospital.
