Well. At first anyone could add themselves, but after a few months a bunch of spam hit the map, so Jacob32123 made it private.
Now only he, jeffreythe00 and I can add new LPF members. I guess if you really needed to, you could get permission from Jacob32123. *shrug
Just post your zip code (or PM me an address or GPS lat/lon if you want to be specific) and I will add you.

Looks like it.
However, not every LPF member is on the map. There may still be a member that lives in your country but isn't on the map. :thinking:
