Read the first post "$86, is this a good price" look at the forum name to & the thread name

yes it is a good price but IMO i seriously doubt anyones gonna buy this off you if its your first build

... Morgan you asked 2 questions I answered them you said for you & I ment buy it once its "builded" from me, but I want to know whether thats a good price to pay for the parts, try to read it "harder" or more than once

read my first post, it doesnt matter what parts they are, as long as it produces 100 mw & is that a good price for a 100mw blu-ray laser

I did read it. Several times. Still made no sense, which is why I asked you to clarify. It makes a little more sense now that you've been questioned by others and explained more. They didn't seem to understand you either so I don't feel the fault is with me.

Of course it matters what the parts are. Someone could be offering any kind of trash on the inside and the people here will want to know, and will require proof in the form of photographs. Particularly from a first timer.

That aside, you won't get any takers for your first build and make any kind of profit. Unless you don't tell them it's your first build and that would be a little underhanded for anyone.

I hope you enjoy your Marauder and feel you got a, "good price". Remember not to shine lasers at planes! Oh, you haven't built one yet... My mistake.

I can just buy a laser... or a box of matches in my case

I'll sell you one! I haven't got all the parts yet but would you buy it once it's, "builded"?...

Wow....what a post. I agree it sounds like you are wanting to build a blu ray for $86 and then sell it hoping you didn't put to much $ in it. For a profit, at cost? You refused to give part links when repeatedly asked.

I still consider myself a noob here and to lasers when it comes to properly making one. So, my 1st build, in progress, is small steps working up in power, taking measurements, checking heat output for sinking requirements and a bunch more stuff like calculations, reading & more reading, finding graph tables and such before asking any questions. I even measure what I have bought, with a DMM, seeing the current draw and voltage for diff nm small lasers I've purchased.

From my "noob" perspective , I'd never sell my 1st successful build. I'll be proud I did it, post pics of the build, beamshots, burning if it can, maybe a vid too!
I am glad you found your "b-26 marauder 1/48 scale model airplane". Ok, yes you can buy a laser and matches.......does that mean we are gonna see a sale on a cooked one?

My apologies for the rant.......

Edit: I guess he did list the parts in post #5......somehow it still seems like a grasp...sorry.
I'll quietly return to my state of confusion on this one....

Reading this has made me wake my daughter with laughter! B-26 marauder...LOL!

Take an english class, obviously if you did you could read what I've said correctly

Tally one more vote for "It is still not quite clear what mmkmmk3 wants".

When people do not understand you, rephrasing it is usually a better option than insisting they just read it again, or that they can't read.

Oh, you're back. Great!

You did notice this thread was moved to the, "B/S/T", section? So, considering you initially put your thread in the wrong section; no-one could understand just what you were trying to say; and you are now harping on, I think it will be clear to others just how to read your posts in future, however poorly written they may be.

English class. Hmmm, . Let's take a look at your post again and see whether it is you or I that can benefit from your suggested English class -

"Take an english class, obviously if you did you could read what I've said correctly" {sic}

There should be full stop after the word class; not a comma. There is at least one comma missing and that's after the word, "did", and no full stop at the end of the sentence. If we're also to go along with your use of tense then the word, "read", should be the word, "understand", and the word, "said", should be the word, "written". Do I need to mention the lack of a capital letter at the beginning of the word English?

This thread has gotta get deleted soon coz it sure ain't a sales thread no more! (Good enough English to understand?)

Ok......shouldn't that read:
"Take an English class. Obviously, if you did, you could read what I've said correctly."

What happened to the b-26 marauder 1/48 scale model airplane? Can you sell those here? Even if it ain't builded yet?
Does it have a laser in it? :gun:

Back to reading.............................

Well, just because I or you other members here don't care at all about model airplanes doesn't mean we should all rant on the guy. I agree that obviously he didn't make it too clear what it was that he wanted or was asking for - it's obvious that English may not be his strong suit, perhaps not his first or major language - but nevertheless, he moved on and if he's happy with his plane, so be it. I bet if we went to another forum website, they'd say: "Wow, you losers go have fun spending hundreds on a little yellow dot. I'll use the sun and a magnifying glass if I want to burn with light..." And we'd reply: "bbbuttt, it's YELLOW!!!! It's VERY complicated to manufacture, and it's rare and special... and obviously this one can't burn you silly, it's only 5mW.. if it could burn and be yellow.... BOYYY *drools* it'd be worth THOUSANDS!!!"

I love lasers as much as the next guy, but just because he doesn't have the same passion or writing ability as we do doesn't mean we should bug him. Just let him leave the forum.
