Magenta / cyan

bloom, in your particular case it is really hard and not feasable. you dont have to make the white fusion kit.. got to www.rog8811.com and see how he made a green and red mixer. way cheaper but very hard also... bsically to do custom stuff with lasers you need to be machinist or have a good friend be one. other wise it gets really expensive. unless you horse trade LOL

I have found 589nm+473nm make a nice pure looking 'white' but I have yet to try and combine the beams, just shined them in the same place...

Well, IF/WHEN I ever come up with something...I'll let yall know ..I'd hope to make terchiary colors, but it seems that I can't. :(

Are magenta and cyan lasers as 'easy' to make as yellow? What's the ratio? How much power is lost / gained in the combination? What if I add yellow + magenta, or Cyan + Magenta, etc? Or (Magenta + Yellow) + ((cyan+ Magenta) +yellow) etc. I'd have no problem with an 'array' of like 12 lasers (granted it'd cost a ton) to get some pretty cool colors, plus 500+ mw's from them. Just a thought.

umm, all you need to get EVERY color of the rainbow is three lasers. One red, one blue and one green. You also need two dichroic filters:

By varying the power of the individual lasers you can make any of millions of hues.
