THese are the Long DIE Open can Diodes that can do anywhere from 250mW to 300mW in a good setup.

Pricing:

Sled: USD10
Shipping to US: USD2 for orders up to 5 sleds, anything over is USD5
Shipping to Non-US Participants: USD2 for up to 3 sleds, then anything over is USD

so USD12 shipped basically.
