ok ok i take back everything i said, took out a new brand of matches, dont even hav to focus, jus hit it witht he laser and bam. dont even hav to colour it black. LASERS ARE WICKED!!!! ;)

you should pm maze he has a laser form the same guy with the same rating, he may be tell you if its working right, I do not own a 100mw green so its hard for me to tell, I know my lasers burn, but my first laser was a 1.4 or 1.6w 445nm today is the one year anniversary of me and lasers :P or handheld ones anyway. I cannot wait to see what I can do in 10 years, before I die I will make a laser cannon, I wont be satisfied till it has kick and draws on the moon:lasergun:

NP you are a noob everbody starts somewhere :P I was a noob one year ago haha
 
true evryone starts somewhere. now i will buy the host kit for this laser, just the host kit, and add a 1w diode and a ghostdrive2. then i will have a burning laser!!

just let off a few mini smoke bombs in my room. cba buying a smoke machine, just use smoke bombs. beam should look epicc!

1) Get goggles. Very important. Not only will it save your eyes, you can actually see when you have the beam focused to a small point. Makes burning things a lot easier. :cool:

2) Get a multimeter. It doesn't have to be a fancy one, but it will tell you when your batteries are fully charged. Don't charge them past 4.2V. Your charger should turn green when that happens, but keep an eye on it just to be sure. When your batteries hit 3V, it's time to stop using them and put them back on the charger.
 
yh gnna get some goggles soon. and might get a multimeter iswell. first tho, going to get some new 18650 batts and maybe som 16340 becuase my laser can be taken apart to make it a mini version with a 16340 battery. so yh.

Before you going buying more batteries off ebay, do you want some cheap?
I've got some spare Ultrafire 18650's and 16340's if you want them.(your laser can use just 1 of either)
I'll send you 2 x 18650's and 6 x 16340's, all you have to pay is the postage - call it £3 (via paypal)
I only use AW's myself and if I don't get rid of these I'll end up throwing them in the bin.

im buying 3mor lasers of another member on LPF. a 100mw red, 50mw green and a >80mw 405nm all for just £42 including shipping.
 
and the addition starts, I may buy a dpss or build a labby dpss in a few days. It never ends, though I may wait till next month as I also want to pick up a pair of OEM glasses and a new LPM.
