I use irssi... I used to use BitchX till people kept saying irssi is better... I can't really see how it's any better, but it works good anyway.

most people running windows use mIRC, though xchat is free and doesn't annoy you to register all the time.
 
I kinda like the Chatzilla plugin for FireFox. It's not as configurable as mIRC but for a plugin it's quite good.
 
Weird how its only affecting like 2 members.... I was thinking it may have been how mibbit users have the same hostmask, but then other members said it did work, so i'm not sure...
