Laserbtb and lost shipment






I almost want to order another laser form laserbtb....but I think Kevin needs a break from me! I'm going to give Jetlasers a shot. May pull the trigger on their Equality 532nm/500mw:)
 
If you like blues I hear JL do quality 473s. If I do buy a 473 at some point it'll most likely be from jet lasers or dragon lasers. They aren't even that expensive, considering.
 
Glad to hear you got your money back and best of luck with your next purchase. I am going to buy something from LaserBTB soon so glad they followed through. :D

RIP lost laser. :( Wonder what the heck happened to it. They say it made it to your city and then gone? Weird. Maybe fell out of the van and got crushed by a semi. Either that or someone in DHL got a freebie. ;)

The chain of custody was broken in Atlanta sorting facility. Someone probably saw the name Laserbtb and thought it might be something interesting.....or it's lying in a dusty corner of a warehouse waiting to be discovered;) I've decided if it ever shows up....I will have Laserbtb invoice me for the money.....good karma and all!!!!

Even though this was a bad experience, it does reinforce the perception that Kevin and Laserbtb are a good and honest company!

I got the "blues" covered. I had Tmack build me one of his monster 3+Watt lasers....freaking amazing...and a little scary;)
 
Gladd all worked out man! :beer: And yes there is allways a moment that a company can screw up. And if that happens one time it can happen. But if it happens repeatingly it is going bad. The moment that happens to laserbtb i will notify kevin about it. And if he does not recover i will end my communication with him.

But i know kevin for multiple years now. I think his company is good! And for the people that want to know. He does not work alone. And also offcourse kevin is not his real name :p i know his real name but i am not sure is he wants it to be public, so i will not post it here.

I decided to give Jet Lasers a try after my rocky experience at Laserbtb. What a difference!!! It is hard to describe the level of "excellent" customer service I received at Jet Lasers. Most, if not all, of my emails were responded to immediately....some as quick as 15 minutes! Being a little paranoid from my earlier experience, I bombarded Gray with questions....never once did he give me the impression that I was bugging him....he was curtious and informative.

I ordered a Equality 532-500mw laser on 24 April. I received it on 29 April (Georgia, USA).

The customer service at JL exceeds Amazon!!!
Oh.....the laser kicks but. Was hitting the clouds during the day!!!!!t:)

JetLasers is always good experience---better customer service and appreciation doesn't exist.

You get high quality professional level products, best customer service, and business done honestly with integrity. They want only happy satisfied customers. They love what they do at JetLasers and it shows. JetLasers is not just another dollar grab type Chinese company.

Laserbtb is the worst costumer service I've had in awhile. DTR, Survival laser, warnlaser are great. Hopefully laserbtb's product makes up for it.

I don't think so. Kevin always helped me and he offered me a great solution for my problem. The laser hasn't arrived yet but it must be on its way.
