Thinking about doing just that. May go through my credit card company first. Paypal can be a little delicate when ordering lasersYou could always open an INR dispute with paypal within 45 days of payment.
I get what you are saying. I bought a laser from laserbtb awhile back and customer service was mediocre at best.Thinking about doing just that. May go through my credit card company first. Paypal can be a little delicate when ordering lasers
But let this be a heads-up regarding Laserbtb. The mark of a good company is how they respond to a problem. They don't appear to be "customer first". This is a black and white issue. DHL will confirm "lost status" with a simple phone call. I will not be doing business with Laserbtb in the future. When ordering from China, it is very important to have confidence in the vendor. Laserbtb had an opportunity to really shine, but instead, they have been negligent in responding to my emails and have not resolved the issue.
I am confident that that Jet Lasers would have handled this in an exemplary fashion.
Hi Tmack.....I'm sure everything will work out...just don't want to proceed at Laserbtb's snail pace.I'm sorry to hear that things still haven't looked up with this mike :/
Laserbtb has a good reputation around here for over specific and nice lasers.
I perfectly agree with offroadfreak8582.Well you do need to chill out and calm down kevin needs to get his own information from DHL to take further steps. It seems normal to me that he wants his own confirmation from the shipping agency. So that kevin can file a claim for lost goods.
After that he can or send you a new laser or give you your money back. But it just does not happen in 1-2 days. A week is a better time to give a overseas company.
Shit happens man! Lost shipments is not fun. Not for you but certainly not for the seller.
