You have also failed to realize, the post you responded to makes no mention of mW, but rather ma. as the issue.

I think you should spend more time reading and less time posting.

My original point was that of power issues in such a small host. I never said you cant, difficult is not the same thing...

I think you need to take your own advice and read back a few more posts in this thread. I thought you were talking about mW not mA. I admitted this already twice and I apologized, but you wouldn't know that because you didn't read past the last couple of posts. And you did say "you CANT think of any diodes that will light a smoke" which is what I was talking about because I thought you were talking mW. Do you get it?? I also admitted I was a noob like 5 times. How much more do you want?

I only modify for spelling errors and maybe to elaborate a point. And once done I dont go back later to change it. So no need to add an EDIT note. If an update to the post is needed I'll be sure to add an Edit. Thanks...

Well lah de dah I'm happy for you.... LOL just kidding. Were I come from we love to argue and treat busting chops like an art form. If you get someone mad they loose. Its kind of like mental masturbation. Took me a while to figure out this game didn't exist outside our town. Its been 10 years with my girlfriend and she still gets hurt feeling sometimes and she knows I love her to death. Believe it or not I'm being nice most of the time here LOL Don't want to get banned. :

I like the idea of the tabletop with green beam, but what about the reflected light? Will you still be able to see the beam while maintaining safety?

Im using the same thing I made my goggles for green out of. Its the red window from a barcode scanner. As seen in the pic below, this will block any green from exiting the burn chamber. This way you will be able to see nothing coming in contact with the cig. but it lighting. The filter is only needed at the point of contact, so you will be able to see the beam if this is used in conjunction with clear acrylic where the protection is not needed.
