Kipkay giving away Wicked Lasers Torch!

I think that when people started building they're own lasers is when LC started to decline. Wickedlasers owns LC and probably didn't like it when someone posted a guide showing exactly how to make a pulsar for 1/3 of the price. I think WL started censoring LC and because of that most all of the senior members started to leave making the forum suck. At that same time this forum started as an unbiased forum where you could talk about everything without getting your posts randomly deleted. This is when Dragonlasers came out as well as the cheaper Chinese sites and you couldn't post anything about those lasers on LC but you could here. Avery had incredible timing on starting this new forum.

I could talk (type) for days about the older laser days. The laser world has changed a lot in 5 years!

WL banned him from forum immediately.
Ave singlehandedly proceeds to make a largest and most popular laser forum on the internet, drawing everyone off LC and ruining WL reputation - In their FACE!!

That guy is and idiot and the only thing the torch sets on fire is the torch itself. Seriously though if you don't want glass lenses exploding in you're face stay away from the torch.

I totally agree...I did not know how a ''laser'' worked so I did as he said, bought a 40$ 20x red diode (overpaying much?), stuck it into a Aixiz module, hooked it up DIRECTLY TO two AA batteries (to much current?), use it a bit then the diode's ''light'' as to say, dimmed. Came here for help, Eudaimonium helped me out a lot, learned that kipkay was a total idiot (no driver...:thinking... Then I rewatched his video with the StarTrek Phaser and just as BrightSpark said, he thinks everything he does is THE FIRST TIME EVER! He pisses me of..

I really don't know if she was the first or if she prototyped it herself, but she was the first to post it and post a how to as well. This is where it all started, before this building your own laser was practically unheard of...
