Make it look really close to his videos, start up and everything, have the same start up but cross out some words and add your own very obviously in like red :crackup:

Do a Laser Hack that you turn into a Light-saber so then at least the idiots would look into lasers...

EDIT: When i say The Idiots i mean The ones who really think it possible and go to the point of wanting to build one because there so convinced it's possible...

You couldn't truly make fun of KipKay doing a Mock Video if you did the whole thing on Safety, He Hasn't Done 1 video on safety only so it wouldn't really be emulating and making fun of stuff he does.

Everyone bitching about laser safety videos better be making THEIR OWN and putting them on You Tube or STFU. You can make a video just as easily as kipkay or styro.

Please read my posts on the last page, I am open to ideas here. The videos have already been made but I can add annotations and links in the description. You can't follow one of my tutorials without going to the description.

So give me some ideas, if you don't think I push safety enough tell me what I need to do extra. I can still add a lot of information to my current videos.

Then again most people do happen to either start from your videos or from KipKay's.

Of all things I'd guess it'd be too much to ask to re-upload videos with annotations; that would erase the view count you have now.

At the very least future videos should have a disclaimer-style warning (like what you find at the beginning of DVDs), with class-appropriate warning messages, including:

For Class 3B

-Avoid direct eye exposure to beam
-Wear eye protection when 'burning' or when using indoors
-Avoid pointing at potentially reflective surfaces
-Ensure spectators have eye protection too.

And for Class 4

-All of the above
-Use a beamstop or beam dump where appropriate
-Use shielding to protect bystanders against stray laser radiation.
-Ensure all reflections are terminated- stray laser radiation should not be present
-Avoid diffuse/scattered laser radiation from matte (and especially glossy) surfaces.

Because in the end most people don't realise that goggles simply aren't enough with Class 4 and higher-end Class 3B devices; most people just assume it's only light and can't do any harm.

And you, as the video producer, have the responsibility to ensure all viewers are adequately informed of the risks associated with Class 3B and 4 laser devices.

I'm not worked up at all about this. He can do what he wants but I still think it would be nice if he added it to help educate people on the subject.
