Sportcoupe,
It is your responsibility as a seller to make sure the product you are selling is up to snuff. This would be like Jack from opto not testing his lasers before he sold them.... it doesn't (and shouldn't) happen.
Now I cant comment on whether Ben sent you a bunk module or not, but I can say that Ben and I have exchanged a lot of high-dollar items in the past and I've never had a problem with him. We're talking thousands of dollars of stuff. So, I cant really imagine why he would try to screw ANYONE out of a little 125mW green module... He doesn't need the money, he doesn't need the module, so I just cant see the reasoning.
Again, I cant say it did or didn't happen, I'm just speaking of my past experiences.
BUT as far as you selling the module to the other guy without testing it... I hate to say it, but that's all on you man. Yes, you should be able to count on the seller sending you an accurate product, but we all know how fragile things are when dealing with these electronics. It should have been tested by you before you sent it.
That's all I'm going to say on the subject!! I hope you both reach a good resolution, but it just seems like sportcoupe has been out to get Ben from the beginning...
