Sportcoupe,
It is your responsibility as a seller to make sure the product you are selling is up to snuff. This would be like Jack from opto not testing his lasers before he sold them.... it doesn't (and shouldn't) happen.

Now I cant comment on whether Ben sent you a bunk module or not, but I can say that Ben and I have exchanged a lot of high-dollar items in the past and I've never had a problem with him. We're talking thousands of dollars of stuff. So, I cant really imagine why he would try to screw ANYONE out of a little 125mW green module... He doesn't need the money, he doesn't need the module, so I just cant see the reasoning.

Again, I cant say it did or didn't happen, I'm just speaking of my past experiences.

BUT as far as you selling the module to the other guy without testing it... I hate to say it, but that's all on you man. Yes, you should be able to count on the seller sending you an accurate product, but we all know how fragile things are when dealing with these electronics. It should have been tested by you before you sent it.

That's all I'm going to say on the subject!! I hope you both reach a good resolution, but it just seems like sportcoupe has been out to get Ben from the beginning...

The assumption that people don't want to upgrade to High Speed Internet
is invalid...

I was on Dial-Up for 4 years... just because the that was the only Internet
option that was available at the time in my area..
I was willing to pay the big bucks to get it... but there were no options
open to me at the time...

Not everyone can get High Speed Internet... Either the technology is not
available to them or the technology that IS available is cost prohibitive...

You can't assume that everyone could have it...

Jerry

Jerry is 100% right. I can confirm it, in Argentina the fastest home speed is of about 5Mbits/s and we never, EVER, get full speed out of it...

But speed is not the problem, see the prices = jaw hits the floor.

GG, that is some of the best advice I've read here. +1 rep for you. I have refunded my buyers money and he is keeping the module.

Also, I never had it out for Ben, we just got off on the wrong foot.

Well, you sure as hell never tried to solve any problems with me. You just filed a paypal claim without even giving me an hour to respond, now, you are claiming that I need to offer you a refund on a product you have shipped to another member and does not even look like what I shipped to you.

Yes Ben, you should have honored my request for a refund after you shipped me a "aa" battery for $55. There was a line of people wanting to buy your stupid module but you refused to sell to them insisting I accept the damn thing so I did. You finally shipped a 5mw module to me and I sold it without testing. That was stupid of me.

Doesn't matter now, I sucked it up for you and am out money. Only you and I know the real truth. I hope you can sleep at night.

How do you *know* that it was a 5mW module if you didn't test it personally ?

You're right, I don't know for sure. I am trusting my buyer to his word. I have a feeling even if I did test it Ben would say that wasn't the one he shipped me. It's all behind us now so let it be.

Thanks for the neg rep yesterday ben. That's very nice of you considering this is over and done with. See who has it out for who now? Obviously Ben does since he's still a child.

That realy sucks since is over and done with  guess that child thing must apply ! he did the same thing to me after selling me a red laser instead of a ORANGE one, and I dared complain about it to him. heck he'll prob give me another negative one after this post since he's still got my money and I got his laser, who cares !!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say that lasers are great... But pictures aren't really awesome, if you could only make some "more inside" screens of lasers, it would be great ( like those things, lol xD)

Oh, I see what you mean.

I rather not post pictures of the insides of lasers which are very rare out there as I have found that they get stolen and used to sell other products. I have found fake ads on ebay using only pictures of my lasers trying to sell the system.
