Only runs for 30-45 seconds.. then needs to cool down...:eek:
Must be some little kid because he can't spell for beans....

BTW that is not a scam for people that don't bother to do
the research to help themselves...

Wow...

I'm waiting for someone to come here with a photo of all the bits and ask how to assemble it. We'll have to be as nice to them as we can.

I know this kind of drivers, it is a easy way to drive Leds, but I wonder, can I use a driver for Leds? Maybe a model to drive a XP-G 1.2ma to drive a laser?

Lets break it down...
Remember.. you only want/need one..

$ 1.08 LM350 (Digi-Key)
$ 0.82 .68 wirewound 3W resistor (Digi-Key)
$ 8.00 Digikey Shipping charges
$ 0.50 2 feet silicone wire (Flaminpyro need to buy 20 feet $5.00)
$ 0.50 eBay insertion fees (fixed for BIN)
$ 1.17 eBay Final Value Fee (7%)
$ 0.79 PayPal fees (2.9% + $0.30)

He's not making a killing to sell on eBay if he doesn't buy in bulk
at those eBay linked item prices in his description...

Regulators without caps start oscillating, killing any laser diode connected. That's gonna get people pissed when they find out. Buying a few components and expecting it to be a driver is naive anyway.

Just for info you don't need to buy 20' now you can get a wire kit that has 2' in 4 colors and 3 sizes of heat shrink all for only $1.50 :D
