It's a LM350, some wire, and a big resistor. He's selling it all for $15.... And two people have bought it. :can:

BTW that is not a scam for people that don't bother to do
the research to help themselves...

I know this kind of drivers, it is a easy way to drive Leds, but I wonder, can I use a driver for Leds? Maybe a model to drive a XP-G 1.2ma to drive a laser?

Regulators without caps start oscillating, killing any laser diode connected. That's gonna get people pissed when they find out. Buying a few components and expecting it to be a driver is naive anyway.

Just for info you don't need to buy 20' now you can get a wire kit that has 2' in 4 colors and 3 sizes of heat shrink all for only $1.50
