Look, I accepted the risks and now I'm taking the consequences, and that's fine, that's just how life is. I accept that the laser is underperfoming, that's the risk you take with these sort of things. I'm NOT interested in why it's underperfoming, I just want to know why I was told different information from different LaserGlow representatives.
I was told after the laser has been checked over by LaserGlow that it was a 250mW very old unit. That got me confused because you said it was a 325mW fairly new unit, that's why I made this thread. Now you're telling me again that you were right before. So why was I told differently after the laser was checked out? I can quote the emails where I was told that it was a 250mW, very old unit, if you don't believe it.
