Is my new Rayfoss 200mW green laser is broken?

Hey I just read through all the posts again. I guess you never did get a hold of her.
I was just going off what MIK posted. Did you ever send it back?

Anyway, if you still have not got a response from her, file a dispute with your credit card right away.
I have a felling that ever since the rayfoss site changed back to the qualifound crap faona has nothing to do with it anymore.
 





That would explain it perfectly, that faona isnt even involved anymore and the people running it now ran it straight to hell....
 
Yea that explains all the crap service that we have seen coming from them. I bought my first laser from her and it too had to be returned. She was so good to me that she sent my new lasers out even before she got the broken one back.

IIRC qualifound always sold lasers. faona was given full control over the laser selling aspect. She created rayfoss.com She is the one who provided all the great customer service. Then a few months ago, if you may remember both 0-like and rayfoss.com went offline for several weeks. Susie at o-like had to rebuild her entire sight from the ground up. Rayfoss never did come back. Instead it was just sloped back with the qualifound sight. Maybe what ever happened was just to much for her and she left it.

Heh...I have her in MSN, I recently talked to them about emailing me coupons for when / if i decide to go forth on the 600mW green. Had a nice long chat with them that day. I'm surprised your laser died, must have somehow got damage in the process of shipping? My laser was tested for 200mW output, and functioning...Its been 2 months of daily use and I spy nothing wrong :) Must have been a fluke! I seen many times where Rayfoss gives no problems on replacements.

Rayfoss fucking SUCKS!!!!!! Their stupid waterproof lasers can't survive a 25-foot deep snorkeling dive without leaking, fuckers.
On my oldest Rayfoss laser (+1.5 years old), the tail-cap clicky-switch pops out too easily making the laser almost unusable. Fuckin' useless company. :mad:
Oh, but I talked ot Faona, and she sent me the replacement tailcap switch parts for free. But it took 2 fucking weeks. I HATE Rayfoss.

Glad to see me and oikos arent the only rayfoss haters around here:whistle: Though, as proper forum etiquette dictates, next time watch the fu**in language:na: I know you must really hate them, but its no reason to fill up this thread with multiple uses of profanity:beer::crackup::whistle:
 
Does rayfoss have an account here, i know laserlands does which make things simpler to get ahold of them.
 
wow 11 total posts, youd think a retailer/reseller would have like infinite post having to answer questions and such.
