BB.I'M sorry but I don't see the logic behind that offer isn't that how much a ipod touch costs?.....IMO LAZERZ offer is much more reasonable

here in canada and USA, its $650 brand new bought from apple store unlocked
you might get more money just selling locally because its expensive there

well for one, were talking about *used* item cost (craigslist pricing)
in my area, iphone 4 10/10 condition is $300-$350 thats guaranteed working (i can try out)
in my area, ipod touch 4th gen is $140 10/10 condition thats guaranteed working (i can try out)

i think my offer for a *unverified* iphone 4 is reasonable (relative term)

but lazerz already offered more so w/e :P

How did you buy a phone that doesnt work in your region? It seems a bit suspicious to be honest. Why should we trust you?
 
Silvershot. I brought thinking it was working til I tryed my sim card. Gets network but no signal. You have all the right to not trust me but I thought I'd put it on here anyway.
Going to put it on eBay as they seem to sell for 240 pounds

Nothing personal mate, but seems a bit weird. Why would you think it will work for example in Germany, and not in the UK? That's what I'm trying to understand.
 
It's probably banned in the UK or something. That's the only reason it would not work there but work elsewhere.
 
Since I can't afford to buy it, I'd suggest putting it on ebay. Let them bid, you might as well get even 300 gbp for it :)
 
He cant put it on eBay becuase if they get a sniff thats it's barred...they'll pull the Auction.

If it is indeed barred in the UK , there is no reason why it wouldnt work anywhere else.

Regarding the jailbreak, dodgy at (at best) on the the iPhone 4, you'd be better going for a full apple unlock.
 
Why are there so many people here trying to sell barred iPhones from the UK anyway... this is the second one in the last week or so that I have seen.

well first of all, ebay (shipping, fees, paypalfees, ect ect) is more expensive than "meet here, cash trade"

and i think the second part is i live next to a huge city (vancouver) where there are lots of rich ppl :P
