There is no datasheet for these lava. That's what he was saying. there are lots of other diodes out there with known datasheets like the aixiz one.[/quote]

The datasheet for the aixiz diode has been "doctored" IMO. There was a thread about it.

I am sticking with SenKat's diodes and open cans for now...

Seems like there is enough interest to get some of this going on. I'll haggle the price on a full batch of... say... ~50 units?

Hey DDL, either way, I would still like a couple of these but, I know you have an open can diode on the way and sure would be interested in your opinion of how the open can compares with your testing of the Phasor diode...
