Sorry to hear you have no job to go back to. :( But you do gotta do what is best for your health at this time. Sounds like hakzaw has some good advice on some options for you, I can't help you there as I have no idea how the system works there, don't even have much of an idea how it works here!
All the best to you!

Thanks for the support guys. I am not done with working yet. I do not want to go down ssi road yet I am going to a worksource office today to find work. I know there are programs out there for help I will use the ones that will help me the most. I really going to find a office job. I have a AA right now and working on my BS in advanced networking. I know if I put up a sos on LPF that any one that could help would.. I am not going to do that to any one here unless it is the only way. I have made a few friends on here and do no want to burn that bridge if I dont have to be asking for help. There was a thread while ago were lpf helped a member save his house and that was cool but I am going to try and do this with the help of my family and own my own. Me and my former employer came to the decison together on me leaving the farm. It was because of health reasons that it was decided on. He gave me a two week severance pay for my years of working out their so the thing was handled very professionally! We will be ok will always seem to make it though times like this but it still does not make it easy. I have to go see a neurologist next week as well as a pulonologist and a allergy doctor. so a fun week of getting stuck poked and prodded awaits fun not.

I will say something about this community. It is the most close nit community I have ever been apart of. It seems to me we take care of our own. That is a great thing to have in a community. If you do not have it then the community is wasted! I am glad i decided to join LPF I have made friends and they are important to me. I just have to make it over this current hurdle in my life and I will be fine.

I appreciate every thing and will keep you all up dated

Your way of looking at this is touching-- maybe you will not be held back in getting better due to stress- and i also completely understand your feeling about working again in the future--'

BUT getting ,at least. 'into the system' now- is what I suggest-- +++'Hope for the best, but be ready for the worst'-- ++

and having set things into motion to get a hand-up(NOT A HANDOUT) -- to be sure your family is going to be fine- will lower stress on you-- and later when you will be back 100% (our wish for you) you can ALWAYS get with the agencies and let them l know things have improved and they will take care of the rest.

I love the food banks- went when I was in need- saw what good they do and while I was not `100% fit to go back to work...
I was able to help them a few days per week as a volunteer. (six years now)- Since I was going there each time as a client it made sense to just arrive early/stay late and help as long as i had time to..

I am PMing you some links- but there is more out there-
Most help agencies have printed lists of all the help for thier area-

also IIRC in any state
2 1 1 is the quick help number-

Sounds like you have things under pretty good control.

That you are able to get Unemployment Ins is good news.
There is always SSDI and SSI if you need or qualify for either--hopefully you will find successful treatment and not need.

Push the doctors get a handle on what the problem is and treatment for it. I don't know, is not an acceptable answer.

Good luck!

I have used some state resources that are for people that finical problems like mine. My stress load is ok for some one like me.it just a matter of me getting a new job is all. I do thank you all for all the suggestions and words of encouragement. The tremors have some thing to do with the headaches that I have been having. My family get food assistance from the state and with my unemployment it will be tight but we shall get through this together as a family.

I do have some other issues health wise but they really think it was a chemical exposure from work or might have some thing to do with a old high school injury. and as far as federal assistance goes i am pretty sure if the tremors keep up I could get ssi or ssdi but I will cross bridge later

thanks again

Yesterday was not a really good day! spent a large portion of it in bed having these stupid tremors... I see my primary tomorrow and hopefully a neurologist this week or next.. I have a interview on Wednesday with a personal service.. Hopefully they can find me a decent job out of farming.. While the doc wants me out of Ag as a laborer I want to work with the ag community in some sort of capacity 25 years of working in ag just some thing I like being out doors and all but I do not want to do the day to day chores of farming.. GPS installs and tech stuff is what I want to do

Thanks for your support though this hard time

going to the Doctors again tomorrow and will post results of some tests done.. hope going to be a good day!

Jeff, I just got my laptop back today and found the threads I was having trouble finding on a tablet. I will email you again later, but just wanted to let you know that I am still here for you anytime. Here's hoping you get some good news for a change.

home from a long day of doctors appointments.. allergy test came out like I thought it would.. Lung doc wants me to do a sleep test for sleep apnea which I dont think I have but oh well got scheduled for a neurologist in july any way that how my day went

Thanks for keeping us informed Jeff. Whilst inconclusive tests are frustrating it is much better than getting bad news. We will be with you while you go through this process of elimination. The more bad ones they cross off the list the better!

Thanks busman it helps to have friends that will support you when stuff like this happens
