I need FREEWARE to cut a mp4-data

There are heaps out there that will do it.

Keep in mind though that quality would also come to compression settings ect.

MP4Box is a program capable of splitting and joining and transcoding MP4 files, but it's a command line program (nothing to click on, you need to type what you want it to do), which most people find complicated. To make it simpler to use MP4Box, you can download a frontend program such as YAMB.

I've never really used it, but I just installed it, and it's super simple and straightforward. Completely and utterly free too. Good luck!

Meidacoder seems to be a good one. Has an area marked effects were you can do some cutting and editing as well as transcoding.
