they would probably get reset, or your 2nd youngest catigory (being 11-14) would have the most votes lol.

Yeah, it would seem the OP assumed most people would be between 11-20, and indeed that is the most chosen option. But it doesn't really tell much.

The steps should be 5 years or so.

I actually thought most would be over 20 which is why I started the 5 year increments starting with 21. I didn't think there would be that many 20 and under.
