How much of a heatsink do I need for a lpc815 at ~380ma?

Well Im building a dual laser box, one sfaw210 and one lpc815. Im guessing a small heatsink (like the cheap one aixiz sells) would be fine but Im not sure. Any leads on a decent cheap heatsink?

Here is what I am planning

2 round spots next to the battery are the separate switches for each circuit.

Any sources on small cheap heatsinks?

I have an LOC running at 400ma in a small aluminum HS 1"x1" which barely gets warm after 5 minutes. The liner driver gets hotter, but it's not sinked and has never shut down due to over heating.

I hope this helps some.

Well I have one aluminum heatsink for a cree aurora c6 floating around, just need to source another one or some other substitute.

I was thinking 1-2min on/ same off. Im not expecting too much life from a 9v battery Im going to try to not keep it on for 5 mins at a time.

EDIT: Ordered 2x of these http://aixiz.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=223 with any luck they fit in the box, if not I can cut off the tabs. Also got a sheet of warning stickers, I have a few lasers with none. Strangely its all my dangerous ones, my 200mw 650, my currently not working 1w 445 and my ebay "5mw" 405.

Im thinking of doing illuminated buttons, red for the red and blue for the violet. Gotta see what radioshack has tommorow.

You can't use a 9V battery, it won't be able to deliver enough current for the lasers.

I have one running in this host in this thread here:
http://laserpointerforums.com/f50/2...-loc-20x-mohrenberg-heavy-pictures-56532.html

Its running at 380mA at 201mW in power and the heatsink is about 1 inch X 1 inch or smaller and the laser doesn't even get hot at all. Not even warm. More like room temperature.

So you dont need much for a LOC Diode.:)"LPC-815"

Contact either in no particular order For quility heatsinks:
