Errr, to be honest there a lasers everywhere! No kids, no likehood of thieves and no civil authorities are invited over so few physical precautions. Walk into any room and there's likely to be a laser nearby. If there's no laser then something waiting for one to be installed or a part for one...

... but I know where every bit is of course!

The particularly dangerous ones are tracked quite a bit better though. (In case any of you ever come for a visit! :na: ) Mind the lathe on the way in please...

I have a printer that I gutted out and I put EVERYTHING in there. No lock, however but the room in which it is in is behind a 1 1/2 inch thick solid metal door.

My whole lasers are in a Vanguard lockable camera case.

Modules, parts, ext are in my lockable antique machinists chest. Which looks a lot like this...

I have a similar camera case for the optics of my telescope - it's a very good solution, especially because it's dust free.
But I really like your antique case - it has style!

I have a single pelican case, not unlike Tech_Junkie's case that's for everything. Various electronic parts are in various drawers of various desks. :S

I prefer the pelican cases I have used them for years for other things and they are just right for lasers, water proof, lockable and air tight if I want them to be.

All my lasers are locked up in a big 'ol Pelican case, with a fatty Master Lock on it. I sometimes wish I had a smaller case to fit inside the gun safe, but ah well. This works for now.

At the moment, mostly all over my desk.

I usually keep finished lasers inside some random box with bubble wrap just to prevent damage to the lasers themselves.

Some of mine are in Kirsch cases, including the LPM's. They fit well (see avatar) but not lockable.

All my cheapo pointers are in a mini Lane chest from ebay, which are relatively cheap and lockable

My HeNe tubes that aren't in a housing are locked away from people in my media closet. I have a hene lamp in the living room and a night light one in the main bedroom

All my parts are in a plastic storage container about 3' x 2' x 1'

Plus what I usually carry with me which I keep at the computer!

I have mine in a Plano Pistol case with the "pluck" type foam to provide a nice cushy custom fit. I have a separate pelican case for my batts and LPM. I actually am planning on getting a small pelican case just for my 12X pocket mini just cause I like to carry it around sometimes :)
