Welcome to the 445 nm craze:wave: It caught me by surprise too. I hadn't checked the forum much other than looking through the Off Topic sections and then next thing I know there's a $200 ~1W direct diode handheld blue laser around.

Someone get Emc2 a 445 so he can take pictures of it.

I'm serious. We need to see a 473-445-405 shot side by side with the pics this guy takes.

IF you do get a 445, please set up a comparison shot like this? :)

You'll still have to point it at the eyes for a good few seconds before it does any damage, and unless you have someone tied down Clockwork Orange style, it'd be difficult to do.

does anybody have any info on the atlantis from nova
like price and when it will be released
any perks for preordering and such

i definitely like the look of the wicked lasers one
but i just dont trust them still...

The Atlantis doesn't show up in Nova's catalog anymore, but I do remember it was $187 and $40 for goggles (required) or you had to email them proof you owned a pair of certified goggles.
