Highly Disappointing Experience With Wicked

Wow you bought on the 18th and it already came. I ordered on the 16th and I am still clueless.
 





That seems to be a big problem with WL, I think they throw all the orders in a barrel and pull one out and ship that order. What a way to run or should I say ruin a buisness!:toilet:

You should have done that before now. Tell them right away that you're going to start a chargeback within 24hrs if they don't take care it. Otherwise they won't know you're serious and think you're just another naive kid who's easy to ripoff. Then follow up by contacting your CC company in 24hrs. You don't have an unlimited time to do a chargeback and if your order was placed in June, you might have already passed the deadline.

Don't threaten, just do it. Wicked Lasers sucks balls, and so do their products. Either get a 445 from Dragon Lasers, or have a reputable member make one for you.

May this give you guys a bit hope ! I cancelled my $400 order at WL 3 days ago. Today i got all my money back on my account.

Already got the laser, so no problems there... Just got screwed over on shipping.

Just curious, has anyone in the US even seen a G2?

If I remember correctly a guy in Texas got one last week. I'm sure there are others.

But to be honest, I really don't even think their hosts are all that. I'll take an Ehgemus host any day of the week. :D
 
Honestly, the only thing that hasn't been terrible about Wicked is the laser itself. No disappointment there... It works, has no problems, and hopefully will continue to work for years to come.

The problems were with the waiting, the lies, the shitty shipping method, etc. :p

That's what everyone said until their's failed. Hopefully yours does not, but I'd still be weary if I were you. One member took his apart after it died and the quality wasn't there. The unit looked so rushed.

I'm hoping it doesn't fail... Or at least fails during the warranty period.... Not that they'd be at all helpful either way. If it does fail, they will not hear the end of it until I have a working laser in my hands.

I have 2 WL experiences that have sucked. once i recieve my arctic (IF) i will never place another order through them again. Back in 2006 i ordered a Phoenix (125mw green, 500$) from them, and this is what transpired:

Sorry for the tl;dr, but this is the customer service i got back then (i was 16 at the time sorry if i seemed immature back then) I forget entirely how the situation was resolved, i belive paypal contacted them and told them to either send me the laser, or they'd transfer the money back into my account. I finally got a tracking number to my address afterwards. But here we are 4 years later, and WL service has not improved in the least, in fact it's worse, can't even get ahold of anyone nowadays :/ needless to say, i will not be ordering from WL again, and neither will any of my friends. And hopefully, after reading this (if you did) neither will you -_- company that does business like this should not be allowed to continue.
