Great news, finally a real green laserdiode. I hope the same power as the 445nm blue.

it says they acheived it by converting blue laser light into green via a phosforous material? Would I be correct in assuming that it isn't a green diode, then?

Sounds like something along the lines of DPSS but with a non-IR pumped diode?

That's what it looks like, the same projector we've been tearing into for the beautiful blues.
