Well, everything is perfect except "Flexdrive", it's not short for "Flexibile driver" it's actually a model, trademarked design for specific electronic circuit by DrLava:
http://hacylon.case.edu/ebay/laser_diode/Micro_FlexDrive.php

Adjustable or fixed drivers are reffered to as exactly like so.

Overall, +rep from me.
Awesome - thanks for the rep and for setting me straight - I'll update right away :)

Sure, no problem. You deserve it. I requested this to be a sticky, as soon as Things gets back on Laserchat.

You're welcome to join too :)

+1 from this n00b.

Can you add more terms from the experimental efforts list the 12x BR post? Like others, I understand most things now, but at first was a little schizo when constantly having to look up terms like "murder run", COP, etc.

Also, OD, NOHD, etc. might help some newcomers.

Thank you again,
Bobby

You need rep to give +1 :whistle:

:thinking:Strange, becasue, when I clicked on the justice-scales, it let me do it and gave me a success response (may it be paid back to you one day or something like that)... and enigmahack's "Rep Power" shows 0 as well ...

AFAIK you need min. 50 posts, that will calculate the received rep points into rep power. I don´t know the proportion, but a thread explaining the rep system is around. With 0 rep power you won´t be able to +rep or -rep somebody, the symbol in front of the comment is always grey w/o rep power.

+1 for the OP

Thanks guys :)

Bobby - I'll look up those terms that you're referring to, and see if I can squeeze those in there :)

Great suggestions!

It is strange that let let me click it and provided feedback as if it had worked... maybe they should consider making a sliding scale based on rep -- Laser Community for example lets you do 1 vote per day as a n00b ...

Thanks for the info; now back to the real topic; :tinfoil:

The first and so far only thing I put in my signature is a link to this OP.
