UPDATE:!!

I contacted Kathy, and even contacted the SUPPORT team there.

Today I got the message that they think this product has a quality issue(maybe they got other returns also).
So they asked me RESEND or STORE CREDIT?

I chose store CREDIT

I guess I will be searching for some other brand waterproof USB chargeable flashlight!
