I tried to order this charger 2.0 version Opus BT-C3100 but the coupon didn't work and actually raised the price to $65.

Is there anyway I can still buy this charger for $36?

Hi Jeff, I'm sorry, the 2.0 version Opus now isn't sold on GearBest, only the 2.1 version is available, the coupon is OP3100CM ( have extended to June ), the price is the $39.99, hope you like it.

I received my 2.2.1 version Opus BT-C3100 Battery Charger a week or 2 ago and absolutely love it! However after just a few uses the cooling fan is now making a very loud high pitched whirring noise. The fan had come on multiple times before and was nice and quite but now Its very loud. Honestly it drives me crazy even when its in the other room. Is this a common problem with these chargers? I'd hate to have to ship it back to China only to have the next one do the same thing.

On a positive note, LPF members this charger is awesome and you won't find it anywhere near this cheap. Trust me I searched for hours before I bought it. It does it all. For me its a must have to test and up keep my Nitecore rechargeables.

BTW, Happy new Year!!!!! Well talk after the 5th.

I ordered the DQG Fairy (order WP15***6176) and you sent me confirmation with a tracking number on January 9.

The package hasn't arrived, and the tracking number doesn't update or show any information (even receipt of the package by the post office on your end). Any idea what has happened?

The link you just gave me was the same one I ordered from and according to you should have sent me the new version.
Perhaps it was a mistake is on your end?

Edited to add- If you guys did send me the old version by mistake would you be willing to send me out the replacement fan without charge? Its only a few dollars. That would be much easier for us both rather than having to exchange the charger to China. I won't make a big stink over it but I do feel I was supposed to have been sent the new version as that's what the link you gave me was for. It would be very appreciated to work with me on this.
