That's a regular three-hole outlet, always live, no switch for it.
The thing to its left is a TV-cable port which I'll probably eliminate at some point for being completely useless (I'm an anti-telly guy)

To clarify: I wear an ESD strap when handling diodes; when my PSU isn't out I plug it directly into the ground terminal of a wall socket :evil:
no worries, I check that it's actually ground and not 220VAC before strapping myself to it :na:

Price for round2 will be 40$ per unit + shipping.
The Minimal Order Quantity from the supplier in round2 will be 20 units.

Note: this price (40$ per unit) is a good as I can optimize it for now, without risking another $40+ loss like the first round; and it's better than my initial forecast of 42$ per unit...

that's okay, I'm guessing you just needed them sooner rather than later? GBs do take time and are intended for those who are willing to wait a while in order to save some dollars. Especially with GBs like this, which are for items that are already otherwise available... :angel:

btw, I'd love to hear from everyone from round1 once they get their diode(s)

Basically yes. As there hadnt been any recent additions to the lists, I wasnt sure how long these GB's were going to take. BTW Im still on the laseerer GB waiting for 3 diodes and a lens, so I do know GBs take some time!

A note for anyone who might be interested in round2: if it looks like we can get to the MOQ of 20pcs for both the Osrams and the Mits500s at about the same time, then we can consolidate the shipments after all (i.e. get the mits500s through my supplier instead of DTR's); this will have the benefit of knocking the price per diode down a bit (to: 38$ and 75$) and of allowing anyone who intended to get both kinds to save some money on shipping.
Let me know what you think about this; if the majority prefers to go ahead with the split-GB format; then we can do that regardless of 'MOQ attainment time'
