Lol I honestly didn't expect this to blow up like it did when I posted about these. Ironic how PL doesn't seem to give a single damn about them.
 
Well, to be fair they serve little purpose for projectors - which is what most of them are there for.

I think there are more people on LPF in it for the science of lasers, and these diodes would change 473nm handhelds, allowing smaller builds.

At any rate - thanks for the find BP!

Also, just so everyone knows. I will have to press this diode into a module and solder on leads to test it. Whoever receives it will get it in a copper module.
