GB: 473nm diode information / giveaway

*impatiently stares at screen*
*eyes water*
*finger nearly broken*
*F5 key nearly broken*

Watching. Damn, the poor thing is very wavelength-variable (or whatever that property is called)..

Hum, diode is only rated for 150mA, but efficiency hasn't dropped yet so I'm going to take it up to 250mA now.

Ahhh nichia hasn't ever let us down for low-balling an operating current yet right?

Nope ;)

250mA and efficiency is still increasing. Taking her to 300mA now :p

@Atomic, I can put one in but it won't do updates as I update the sheet.

ARG you might as well get a package ready with my address because I'm winning. :p

So, uh this just happened.

Random 480nm line came by to say 'ello

Edit: The line disappears when I turn it back to 250mA, so it's not my spectrometer.
What the eff is going on here? The lines are of similar intensity.

Holy shit. I'm a divinator now.

Please tell me you're recording a video... or at least take a picture. What does it look like?

BTW: graph is sloping down now.

A multiline diode? Wth???

Now I want to win more than ever! This thing is so unique!

*please win*

You know me and my multilines ;)

If it's not the meter, then it's not the diode.

All I know about multiple lines involves gas, and a medium for it to pump through. This is new to me...

Please use a grating, I need to see this.
